Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how paid services on PiyariBook.com are delivered. PiyariBook.com is operated by Shriram Animal Feeds & Supplement (proprietorship), GSTIN 16BWYPD3752P1ZP, 13, Tarpadhum Bari Road, Kampertila Market, Gangachara, Udaipur, Jitendranagar, Gomati, Tripura – 799105, India.

1. No physical shipping

PiyariBook sells digital services only. We do not sell, stock, ship or deliver any physical product. Therefore:

No courier or postal service is involved.
No shipping address is collected at checkout.
No shipping, handling or delivery charge is ever added to any order.
Delivery is made to your PiyariBook account, not to a street address.

2. How and when each service is delivered

Boost Post (Mini / Standard / Pro)	The post you selected — it enters our review queue immediately	Within 24 hours of successful payment, after review

3. How you know it was delivered

A confirmation appears inside the app right after payment.
Premium: the blue tick appears on your profile and the expiry date is shown in Settings.
Boost: the boost status is shown on the post itself.
A payment receipt is sent by our payment partner to the email or mobile number you used at checkout.

4. If delivery does not happen

If your payment succeeded but the service did not activate within the times shown above, write to care@piyaribook.com with the transaction reference. We will either activate the service or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service area

PiyariBook is available across India. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (₹) only.

Because nothing is physically shipped, questions about tracking numbers, courier partners or delivery addresses do not apply to PiyariBook. Everything you buy is switched on inside your own account.
